5 November 2020

As the UK begins its second national lockdown, we wanted to reassure our customers that our website and phone lines will remain open and we will continue to ship orders each weekday. Our premises are not open to the public but you may order as usual by phone, email or via the website.

We are following all government guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers. This remains our priority.

If there is anything at all we can help with, please do get in touch.

Stay safe.

Hello. I just wanted to update you on where we’re up to since our last note back in August. Since then Lancashire has moved into a Very High Alert Level. The implications for individuals and businesses can be found here and here.

We are acting on all government guidelines and our priority is to keep staff, customers and suppliers safe, and to prevent the spread of the virus. Working within government advice we are still open and taking orders. We have established a new way of working that prioritises safety and ensures the same high levels of quality and service for our customers. Our website and phone lines are open, and we continue to ship each weekday.

To help others to prevent the spread of the virus we have set up a PPE category which stocks face masks (for individuals and healthcare workers) and hygiene hand keyrings. All of our products can be ordered directly through the website or by emailing sales@lancasterprinting.co.uk.

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by Coronavirus, and we appreciate the work of our NHS and key workers, local councils and everyone else who is working tirelessly in very difficult circumstances. If you have any questions about the precautions we’re taking, please contact me at sales@lancasterprinting.co.uk.

Stay safe and take care.

Carrie

Update: 6th August 2020:

We just wanted to check in and reassure our customers that we’re still here. As business is slowly returning to normal, we have established a new way of working to ensure the same level of quality and service for our customers. We are limiting travel where possible, and we’re limiting face to face contact and meetings. However, our website and phone lines are open, and we are shipping orders each day (Mon to Fri).

To help with the current situation we have introduced a new category called Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Here you can order face masks for general use, i.e. at the supermarket, on public transport and in public places. For NHS staff and frontline workers we provide KN95 Face Masks. We also provide Hygiene Hand Keyrings, which will help you avoid touching surfaces such as cash machines, lift buttons, and chip and pin machines, etc.

We also provide a wide range of promotional products that can be customised to reflect and promote your company, brand or message. As gyms and sports clubs are starting to re-open in some areas, we have custom sweatbands and drawstring bags that can be customised with logos and artwork. And as schools, colleges and universities are organising their new cohorts, we have a wide range of promotional merchandise including our popular silicone wristbands, promotional pens, water bottles, badges and lanyards.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our online catalogue, contact Carrie on 01524 230 300 (sales@lancasterprinting.co.uk) and she will source it for you. We are open as usual from 8:30 until 5:00 Monday to Friday. We offer fast, efficient delivery and free shipping to one UK mainland location on orders over £50.

We recognise that this is a challenging time for many businesses. We wish all our customers and friends well. Please take care, and let us know if there is any way in which we can help.
