Promotional Merchandise for Clubs

Clubs and pubs hosting parties, club nights and promotional launches order wristbands for many different reasons. First and foremost they are used as a marketing tool to promote the venue and / or a product. We can match any Pantone colour or colour mix and we can customise further with your choice of logo, message or artwork.

Wristbands are fun, eye catching and visually appealing. They are available in a number of different styles, including

  • Glow in the Dark – great for club nights and darkened venues
  • Interlinked – two wristbands are linked together to provide double the amount of promotional space
  • Wide – offering a larger surface area for your artwork or message
  • Multi-coloured – attractive and eye-catching to match your brand colours
  • Snap – tactile bands that ‘snap’ to your wrist when tapped
  • Finger Rings – a fun alternative to wristbands
  • Tyvek® – paper security bands for ticketing
  • Fabric – woven or printed fabric bands, popular with festivals and gigs

Club Merchandise

Wristbands are often given away as mementos or keepsakes during promo nights. They are also sometimes used to identify VIP guests.

Venues frequently request wristbands for ticketing purposes. They are more tactile than paper tickets and are less likely to get lost. Showing a wristband on entry can speed up the admissions process significantly.

The wristband of choice for ticketing tends to be the Tyvek® wristband. These bands are strong and durable and can’t be removed without breaking the tab. Each band is sequentially numbered.

If you’re looking for merchandise for your next event, asking yourself the following questions will help identify the most relevant products.

  • Who is your target audience?
  • What is the purpose of the merchandise? To promote your brand? To distribute as a freebie? To distinguish between guests and VIPs? To be used as ticketing?
  • How will you distribute the products? Before the event or during the event?
  • What message would you like to convey?

The answers to these questions will help you work out the most suitable products for your event. If you have any questions we can offer guidance on the whole process, from the brief to production. Contact Carrie on 01524 230 300 or email for details.
